Ringette Equipment

Ringette equipment is as unique as the game itself. In 1963, ringette was started in Canada and is now played in the United States, Finland, France and Sweden.  People who see the sport for the first time will note that unlike hockey, ringette does not involve the use of intentional body contact as a strategic component. Players also use a straight stick which has a ribbed plastic tip on the end to facilitate raising of the ring and accuracy when shooting and passing.
