Women’s Field Lacrosse Pre-Season Program
This pre-season program is designed to support female athletes as they prepare for the upcoming field lacrosse season. Training sessions focus on skill development, game understanding, and building confidence in a structured, athlete-centered environment.
The program runs from February through April and offers flexible attendance options to accommodate multi-sport athletes. Sessions are delivered in small groups to maintain quality instruction and allow athletes to progress at their own pace.
