Went in to see if my son’s lacrosse stick was still under warranty. They confirmed it was, however they were out of that particular brand. Then they showed me brands that were better suited to his age group and helped pick out a replacement. They then swapped the head on to the new stick and took the damaged one to initiate the warranty replacement and promised to contact me when the new one arrived. I wish all stores had this level of service.
Sports xpress made sure that Dom’s lacrosse stick was just right before we picked up. Very good attention to detail and ensuring that it was done right! Great service!
