Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, customization (such as lacrosse head stringing), or transfer from off-site locations.

Shipping Methods & Fees
Standard ground shipping is available for most items.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

For oversized or heavier items, shipping charges shown at checkout are estimates only and may be adjusted after purchase to reflect actual carrier costs. If additional charges apply, we will contact you prior to shipment.

Duties, Taxes & Tariffs
For orders shipped outside of Canada, customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions
Due to dealer agreements with our vendor partners, certain items (including hockey helmets) cannot be shipped outside of Canada. Please contact us if you have questions about shipping eligibility for specific products.
