Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Sports Xpress, we aim to provide clarity and fairness for both product purchases and facility bookings. Please review our policies below.


1. Product Purchases (In-Store & Online)

30-Day Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility Requirements

Returned items must:

  • Be in the same condition you received them — unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., team gear with customization)
  • Personal care items (e.g., jocks, jills, mouthguards)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale/clearance items

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee lost or damaged shipments

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

 

2. Services & Rentals (Facility Bookings, Programs, Events) Cancellation Policies

Pickleball Court & Turf Bookings

48+ hours’ notice

Eligible for a refund or rescheduling (subject to availability)

24–48 hours’ notice

  • Eligible for rescheduling or store credit
  • No refunds issued

Less than 24 hours’ notice

  • No refund
  • No store credit
  • No rescheduling

 

Private Events & Full-Facility Rentals

(e.g., birthday parties, private group events, rentals requiring setup and exclusive use of space)

Due to staffing, setup, and exclusive space requirements, private events are subject to a stricter cancellation policy.

More than 7 days’ notice

  • Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit

72 hours–7 days’ notice

  • Store credit for future bookings

Less than 72 hours’ notice

  • No refund
  • No store credit

Rescheduling (All Services & Rentals)

  • Rescheduling is permitted only within the applicable cancellation window for the booking type and is subject to availability.
  • Private Events & Full-Facility Rentals: one (1) reschedule is permitted for a $50 rescheduling fee, provided the request is made at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Any applicable rescheduling fees outlined above will apply.
  • If a booking is rescheduled and later cancelled, and that cancellation falls within the applicable cancellation window, the booking becomes non-refundable and non-creditable. No further refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be permitted.

 

No-Shows

  • Failure to attend a booked rental or service without notice will result in no refund, credit, or rescheduling.

 

3. Damages, Errors & Issues

If a product arrives defective or you experience an issue with a service or rental (such as the facility being unavailable at the booked time), please contact us immediately at info@thesportsxpress.com so we can resolve the matter promptly.
